It seems that there was no ejaculation in the sexual act on 9th February and then you had your regular periods on 22 February. You missed your periods in March and today it is 7 days beyond the expected period. 3 urine tests were negative until now. The only thing that is not clear is if there was a sexual episode after your periods on 22 February. If there was none, pregnancy is not there. Pregnancy does not occur without ejaculation. So please do not worry. Other causes of missed periods are stress, hormonal imbalances, heavy exercise, ovarian cysts. As of now, If there was a sexual episode after 22 February, I suggest that you have a urine test after 3-4 days using the first morning sample. If it is negative, pregnancy will be ruled out. In this case, just wait for a period for a few more days. Relax and try lifestyle measures like yoga, healthy diet low in fat and sugars, good sleep and meditation to help decrease stress. If there are still no periods 2 weeks from now, see your gynecologist and get evaluated for other causes. Most of the time the hormonal imbalances are transient and self limiting and do not need any treatment. So please do not worry. Hope this was helpful. Just wait for a few more days say 1-2 weeks for the periods and they will most likely come. If they don't, see a gynecologist for any other cause. The delay may be due to stress or hormonal imbalances [ thyroid or PCOD]. So calm down. All other causes of delayed periods can be taken care of by treatment. As of now you are not pregnant. The cycle may be delayed after its use at it affects hormones. So I suggest that you use tablet medroxyprogesterone for 5 days twice daily to induce a period after prescription by a doctor. Periods may come in the next 7 days after stopping the drug. So you may try this. If you are still worried about pregnancy, get an ultrasound now. A trans abdominal [ probe kept on abdomen] scan of the pelvis with a full bladder will be enough. Cycloset will not interfere with UPT. But you may try changing the kit company. use velocit after stopping cycloset or best is get a USG I am not sure why you have been prescribed the drug. It is used in hyperprolactinemia a condition where there is increase in prolactin hormone due to any cause [ the same hormone that leads to milk production in mothers]. You have never mentioned any milk discharge from the nipple. So you most likely do not need it. Even if it was prescribed the indication would be milk from nipple or raised serum prolactin on hormone testing. You don't seem to have any of them. So if you want to continue the drug, I advice a serum prolactin test 2 weeks after stopping the drug, and if it is raised, then take it. Answering your questions is not any trouble. Every month one female egg is produced and released on day 14 [ any day between 12-18 usually ] of the cycle, since your cycle is 35 days, it may be released around day 20 of the cycle. The egg remains available for only 36 hours. If sexual contact occurs during this time, pregnancy occurs, if no, then the egg is lost and after a few days periods come, a new cycle starts and new egg is made. If pregnancy occurs, hormones rise and do not allow periods to come and so new cycle cannot occur. If you had menses then it means that there was no pregnancy in the cycle before 22 February and hence period came and new cycle started. Another issue: pregnancy test comes positive 1 week after missed period or 3 weeks after suspected contact if there is a pregnancy. You did not have any contact after 22 February. And you tested 3 weeks after the sexual episode using a standard kit and it was negative three times. The sexual episode was not a complete one, there was no penetration. So how can there be any pregnancy. So please do not worry. Just wait for your periods without worry as it will further delay them. I have already said that the USG will help to clarify the absence of pregnancy and also help in detecting any other lesion like an ovarian cyst.
