Thanks for the query and i can understand your concern.
Pain in the left abdomen could be due to many reasons.common cause is gastritis.
If you have pain due to gastitis you can follow below instructions
-take antacid tablet like Rantac or Pantop half an hour before food.
- have food on time
-avoid taking pain killers regularly
- avoid spicy food, alchohol and junk food.
- drink plenty of water
I would like to know more details about the pain
Since v how long you are having pain?
is it before food or after food?
any problem in urinating?
any history of renal stones?
Constipation or indigestion problem?
