Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your query and understand your concerns.
It is necessary to be more specific and to describe your symptoms in detail, in order to have a correct understanding of your condition. ( duration, time of onset, worsening and improving factors etc.)
Also there's need about information about your general health condition such any recent viral infection, any drugs used, any stressful events or anything that is bothering you in the recent past apart from what you've told already..
Awaiting for more information.......
Regards

Brief Answer:
Meningitis and stroke very unlikely.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back and thanks for the clarifications.
Spinal meningitis manifests with other symptoms, fever, stiffness, lethargy, so it is not your case.
Stroke also is a very rare condition at your age.
I think two are conditions that need to be considered in your case:
1. episodic lowering of blood pressure ( presyncope )
2. stress and anxiety disorder that may be related to mental overload, lack of sleep, stressful situations etc.
If the symptoms repeat, evaluation by your primary care Doctor is needed.
Hope I helped you.
Take care.
