Syncope, Green Stools, Loss Of Appetite. On Florinef. Failed Tilt Table Test. Treatment?
Hi. I have been diagnosed with syncope just a couple of weeks ago. I am wondering why this suddenly came at age 43. I am extremely healthy but suddently started having presyncope symptoms and failed my tilt table test . My doctor put me on Florinef. I have noticed that my bowel movements have been green lately as well and now I am wondering if I could have some sort of virus that is causing both issues. I have no appeitite and after taking two bites of food, I feel full. Please advise.

Syncope, Green Stools, Loss Of Appetite. On Florinef. Failed Tilt Table Test. Treatment?
Hello, There can be various issues at Labyrinthine pathway responsible for the syncope and symptoms related. As there is green stool from Florinef, the same has to be discontinued at present. Intake of probiotics with lactobacillus and assisted postural adaptations with exercises will help for best recovery of syncope. Discuss the further need of altered drug molecule with your doc in next follow up visit as there are best alternatives available to Florinef. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
