Hi dr. Kini,
i haven't had an endoscopy done just i was told if after the medication i still have pain we'll do one. i did a urea breathe test.. this is my second time to do triple therapy i had previously got the virus 4 years ago but didn't do follow up testing until recently.
As for the lymph nodes, my neck lymph nodes are enlarged.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The H.pylori infection and enlarged lymph nodes are two different issues.
Continue with triple therapy. For nausea take zofran.
You need to undergo a few tests for the enlarged lymph nodes.
A complete blood count and a peripheral smear test has to be done.
Take tylenol for fever.
Drink enough fluids to stay well well hydrated.
