Brief Answer:
Sounds more like acid reflux!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Given your age, the symptoms and nature of this chest pain with the accompanying belching, this is more of an acid reflux disease than a possible heart attack. Heart attack would cause the worst pain ever that you might have experienced and would last longer. Inmost cases, heart attack is accompanied by breathing difficulties, sweating profusely, etc. For the acid reflux, take 40mg of prilosec daily for 1month. Also, avoid alcohol, chocolate, smoking, going to bed soon after meals. Always use a pillow at night while sleeping and avoid leaning forward soon after meals.
I hope this helps address your fears. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
