What Causes Left-sided Chest Pain While Suffering From Hypertension?
Question: I have been having chest pains my left arm goes weak and listless. When the pains come on my blood pressure goes up. I have been to my primary Dr. and cardiologist done tests. ekg, ct, scan, neuclear stress test. endoscopy , and a stomach test where I drink a thisk liquid to cote my stomach and an mri is done . At one time I end up in the er . There they tried to put me on high blood pressure medicine. I refused took it to my cardiologist he agreed as I usually have low blood pressure. They also offered me morphine in the hospital even though at the time I was not in pain so I refused it. I cannot walk for more than 3 mins or so if I do not stop and rest I end up vomiting. I am 66 yrs on no medication. my lungs check out ok I cannot even do my gardening or dance, I am going to the gymn but I do exercise up to the point of pain then stop. What can I do? any ideas as to what my problem is? My Dr is checking to see what other checks he could do . Can you help?
