Advice based on response to tests and treatment taken.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i fully understand your concern.
Kindly confirm if diagnosis of prostatitis, is made based on certain tests, like :
1.rectal examination of prostate.(DRE).
2.urine routine and culture test.
3.semen culture.
4.blood routine, PSA, RBS,and creatinine.
5.HbsAg,VDRL and HIV.
6.Ultrasound scan of abdomen and TRUS(trans rectal ultrasound).
According to theese reports, and based on the response to present treatment,
I can give you an expert advice.
If the Urologist has advised you Bactrim, based on the reports of tests above,
you should start it and see the response.
If you have any doubts, you're most welcome to ask them, along with reports,
mentioned above.

All reports not sent or tests not done.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Semen test showing pus cells or white blood cells,is not prostatitis.
Semen needs to be sent for culture, for accurate diagnosis.
Your blood tests are not done,or reports are not sent.
The ultrasound scans are very important, as we may know, what could be causing your abdominal pain also.
They need to be done to corroborate the diagnosis.
Kindly get back with the reports, for an expert opinion, regarding further treatment.

I will follow up with my urologist but that would take some time to get the response. The pain under my belly just started yesterday, the other symptoms were from about 3 years ago, that's why no ultrasound was recommended at that time. I recently developed lower back pain on the left side, this could be related to this pain below my belly when I bender over but I am not too sure.
In either way I would still like your recommendations, If my prostatitis was caused by bacteria, what would you recommend to do (I am almost certain its bacterial)? And if it's caused by something else, what should I do next?
Definite indications for scan and semen test are present.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Your results show a normal PSA.
It's urine and not semen, routine test that was done, which is perfectly normal.
As you had mentioned, fluid taken for testing, after rectal examination,i assumed, it was semen test.
Your symptoms of painful ejaculation, pressure in pelvic area, urine dribble, and sore over penis with erections, are all indications for an ultrasound scan and semen test, as mentioned earlier.
If the reports suggest it's due to prostatitis, you'll need to take the proper medication, which will cure your symptoms, due to it.
The scan should give an idea about the cause for your abdominal pain.
According to the report, treatment will be advised for it.
Drink 10-12 glasses fluids daily.
You may send the reports here, for an expert opinion.
Wish you good health.
