Brief Answer:
Detailed evaluation is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic.
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

Pain along left side could be anything, detailed evaluation is needed to make a diagnosis. Most often it could be a nonspecific musculoskeletal pain.

Consult a physician and take an ECG to rule out cardiac conditions like myocardial infarction. Once cardiac condition ruled out we can look in to other possibilities of left sided pain.
The other and more common differential is musculoskeletal pain including spine conditions like IVDP (inter vertebral disc prolapse), you might require an MRI scan to rule out IVDP.
I suggest you to consult a physiatrist (A doctor specialized in physical medicine and rehabilitation) for better treatment options.
As of now you can take simple analgesics like ibuprofen or diclofenac for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.
Regards
