Brief Answer:
Get investigated as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
The tingling in left hand can be due to carpal tunnel syndrome caused by compression of median nerves.
Diabetes, hypothyroidism and joint disease predispose to this condition.
Another possibility may be diabetic neuropathy.
Get a nerve conduction study to get the right diagnosis.
Control blood sugar, thyroid levels.
Pain killers can be taken for relief.
Pain modulator drugs like pregabalin or amitriptyline or gabapentin can be used to.
Steroid injection in wrist joint and surgery are other options.
Get back with report.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
