What Causes Leg, Knees And Feet Pain, Swelling And Itching Around Penis?

Question: Swelling around where the forskin should be on my penis. I do not have forskin. Itching and wet in this area. Lower joint pain legs feet and knees. Comes and goes. No fever and I had this same thing happen about 3 years ago. Doctor gave me a shot of something and it cleared up in about 4 days. What do you think?
