Brief Answer:
Can be a muscle spasm.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Not being able to stretch the leg at your age can be due to a muscle spasm or an injury in the area. If there is no history of injury then a muscle spasm is most likely.
This can be relieved by a hot compress and an oral muscle relaxant. Applying a local analgesic gel like Volini will also help. In case the problem is persistent then it is best to consult an orthopedician to rule out other back or nerve related causes.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
