What Causes Lesion On Glans Penis Post Protected Sex?
Question: I had a protected intercourse(condom-latex with no breakage )with a hooker on 1st January,2015 and after 4-5 days there is a single,small, thin,dry but not always ,round but not clear shape,not pimple type,no puss or wart on the head of my penis. The area is not red all the time but after touching and rubbing violently it becomes a bit bright.I dont have any weakness, nor any burning sensation during passing urine nor there is any itching in the area. I have a tight fore-skin also.Its now almost a month now and i am afraid i have contacted any STD.
It has also affected a bit on the corona.I am using CANDID-B for last 6 days after doctors advice form this portal, redness has disappeared a bit but it is thin and smooth as before with no itching,pain,puss or any warts.
I have also developed a mouth sore inside my cheeks which is painless on 08.02.15.
Kindly advice

Thank you for the pictures.
The lesion over your glans penis seems like some fungal skin infection ( tinea) but right now is in healing phase.Tinea is not a STD so there is nothing to worry about.
I would suggest you to take oral fluconazole 100 mg once daily for 10 days and apply sertaconazole cream ( Onabet ) twice daily for atleast 2 weeks.
As for the ulcer on your inner side of cheek, it looks like simple aphthous ulcer which can develop spontaneously without any specific reason,can be due to certain food stuff or related stress or medications etc.
As such nothing much is required for aphthous ulcer. Take tablet B- Folcin twice a day for 5 days and apply Mucopain ointment twice a day for 5-7 days. Drink plenty of water an avoid spicy food and smoking.
I am sure you will be fine soon enough.

Candid B is a combination of antifungal drug clotrimazole and a corticosteroid betamethasone.
Steroid is used to decrease inflammation while the main drug which helps in clearing infection is antifungal content.
Since your inflammation is resolved its better to switch to plain antifungal to make sure the infection is completely resolved.
You may apply CANDID cream which contains plain clotrimazole.

I think it is not healing. After applying CANDID-B since 01.02.15 ,it has spread up to the corona and the corona is swelled and a red a bit.

OK, its healing but after applying the cream,the whole head portion has become red. I think it is due to the application of cream.Also, whether the government supplied "NIRODH" condoms are safe to use? Kindly confirm. Also suggest how safe is to have sex with prostitutes using condoms and no oral.

I have no symptoms as you mentioned till date and I had protected intercourse w.r.t my incident. I just had one oral ulcer for a day and the lesion in penis which is now cured.
