Thanks for your query.

I have had a look at the image you have attached.

I too am convinced that it could be due to sunburn provided if the rashes are not itchy.

If there is any grade of itching then it should be considered due to an allergic reaction rather than a sunburn. It is then you may have to take a dose of Tab Benadryl to suppress the allergic reaction.
