What Causes Light Brown Colored Covering On Tongue?
Geographic tongue
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for contacting HCM with your health care concerns
You are concerned about a change in the color of your tongue. This is a very common problem called a geographic tongue. This is a benign condition and will go away over time. What may have changed the color is your recent use of antibiotics. Since antibiotics kill bacteria, the good and the bad, they also killed the bacteria in your mouth and tongue. This reduction in bacteria can make the tongue appear different.
You can try just waiting to see if the tongue changes back to its original color. You can also do tongue brushes, Just like brushing your teeth you brush your tongue with toothpaste and toothbrush.
You have nothing to be worried about and this should all go away in 2-4 weeks

Agree with dentist
Detailed Answer:
I agree with your dentist. Without actually seeing your tongue it is very difficult to diagnose over the internet. I do agree with your dentist that it maybe plaque. This again is something that is not dangerous and should improve with time and with tongue brushing.
Good luck
Finasteride causing ejactulation problems
Detailed Answer:
Yes Finasteride can cause ejaculation issues. This is a very common problem with Finasteride and the only way to stop this is to stop the medication. Not ejaculating is not dangerous either. It can be distressing not to ejaculate or reach orgasm. Again if you stop the Finasteride that problem will resolve itself. As long as you are taking the Finasteride you may have ejaculation problems

Artificially elevated PSA
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for contacting HCM
You have recently had a PSA that was 29 after having a prostate biopsy. Having a PSA done after biopsy has caused your level to be artificially elevated. During the biopsy there is trauma to the prostate and this will cause PSA molecules to enter the blood stream. I would recommend you repeating the PSA in 4-6 weeks. This will give the body a chance to remove the PSA from the biopsy and give you a better and truer PSA level.
