Brief Answer:
Due to depigmentation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The light pink patch on the penis is due to depigmentation in the area. This is as such not harmful but can cause rashes if exposed to sun. It is not a serious problem but if such depigmentation is seen on other parts of the body then do consult a dermatologist for a proper examination and treatment.
The depigmented patch is difficult to treat. Medicines can help in preventing the further depigmentation.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.

Brief Answer:
Will not affect sex life.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
I have seen all the images attached.
If such patches appear in other parts of the body then cosmetically it does not look good. As such it is not dangerous for your health.
It can happen due to an allergic reaction or genetic changes or skin irritation or due to a chemical reaction.
It will not affect your sex life.
It is just like vitiligo. Usually such patches goes off on its own with due course of time. A little sun exposure on daily basis should give it a normal skin color.

But if this doesn't help then, there are certain solutions which are photo-sensitive , and can be used to get pigmentation. These solutions can be applied on the spot followed by sun exposure .This helps to re-pigment the white patch. You can get these prescribed from your dermatologist.
It is not harmful for life. It can happen anywhere on the body.
Hope my answer is helpful.
