Most likely allergic in origin
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for choosing this platform
I have seen the reports and also gone through the detail history.Repeated attack of cough and cold which is associated with itchiness in nose and eyes are more suggestive of allergic origin.
The vitamin D3 level is insufficient (not deficient)and it needs to be supplemented.
The hemogram report is normal.
Here I would like to get serum IgE level done (a sensitive test to detect allergic origin of cough and cold).Long term treatment with anti allergic (like montelukast and cetrizine)with nasal and ear drops will help.
I request you to consult a pediatrician for clinical evaluation, discuss for the need of these test and treatment accordingly.
I hope this helps.
I shall be glad to help you out if you have any query.

Thanks. However I have noticed lymphocyte count & Neutrophil count is not in a normal rage.
What is your suggestion for this.
Thanks

Reference range varies according to age
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for follow up
Reference ranges of neutrophils and lymphocytes vary according to age, while most of the labs use standard reference range(those of adults).
For four years old the lymphocyte and neutrophil range from 40-60% is considered to be normal.
Mild increase in Lymphocytes count can be seen in any viral infection.
I won't get overly worried as lymphocyte count in your child is just borderline raised.
