Question: How i can stop my lips shaking it's like 10 times in one day

Hello Mam!

Welcome to healthacaremagic.

I understand your concern.I would like to say lip shaking could be due to several reasons but mostly at your age I would think of Mineral deficiency first and rest diseases later.

The most common causes of lip shaking are :

Stress.
Fatigue.
Severe anxiety.
Emotions, such as anger, amusement, fear.
Potassium/calcium deficiency.
Excessive stimulant intake – coffee, certain soft drinks, tea, chocolate and over-the-counter (OTC) stimulants.
Alcohol withdrawal or abuse.
Cigarette or nicotine withdrawal.

I guess you are having mild twitiching of lips for which mere lifestyle modification is enough to relieve the symptoms.You should take diet rich in potassium and calcium.If required you can take calcium supplements.

If your symptoms do not subside even after this then you should see a physician and rule out neurological disorder.Meanwhile you should definitely check your calcium ,potassiium and TSH levels.
