Thanks doctor
Brief Answer:
Liver cysts are usually not a serious concern
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.
1. Liver cysts are usually not a serious concern with most of them being simple benign cysts.
2. If the cyst in your liver is a simple anechoic cyst without septations and if it is less than 3 cm in diameter then there is no need of any treatment. Hydatid cyst in liver is less frequently found and has a characteristic appearance
3. Should the liver cyst be complex and large in size then it is to be followed up on repeat ultrasound scan.
4. Usually small liver cysts do not cause abdominal distension.
5. Please send your ultrasound scan report details for detailed analysis and discussion.
Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Brief Answer:
It is lymphadenitis, lymphoma is less likely
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.
1. The cysts in the liver are described as simple. It means they are harmless and unlikely to grow any more. Simple cysts in liver are not a concern.
2. There is a 10 mm single stone in the gall bladder. A 100 mm stone might be observed for decrease in size with medicine and diet restriction. She should take less fats and oils and get the stone reviewed after 6 months. If she develops pain in upper abdomen and jaundice because of impacted stone then a surgery to remove gall bladder and stone might have to be done.
3. The mesenteric root showing increased density with small nodes is more likely a bowel infection causing lymphadenitis. In lymphoma there is multiple larger nodes with enlarged spleen, fever that does not respond to treatment and weight loss. It is termed non specific because many types of infections or inflammation might cause similar findings.
Hope your query is answered.

Treatment is by surgeon after clinical examination
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
1. The mesenteric lymphadenitis treatment is to be given after clinical examination by the surgeon. It depends on the symptoms of the patient and any infection isolated by blood work. Usual treatment includes giving a short course of antibiotics and adequate amount of fluid and nutrition support.
2. For the gall bladder stone, dietary fat restriction with medicine to dissolve gall bladder stone might be given. This treatment is also given by a surgeon.
