Question: hi I have been extremely fatigued for over 2 weeks and have a strange taste in my mouth. I have a loss of appetite and foods that have tasted great in the past suddenly don't taste good anymore. I am sleeping almost all day.

Related to your concern I suggest to do a physical examination by a doctor, a full blood count( to check probably for anemia), a oral swab test for thrush and to check BP in order to find the reason of this situation.
