Brief Answer:
Please get blood investigations done...
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
Thanks for writing in....
I would first advise you to get your wife's blood investigations like complete blood picture, hemoglobin , blood sugars, thyroid levels, liver function test, vitamin B12 and vitamin D levels checked. Sometimes medical disorders can also present with loss of appetite.
It is also quite possible that she might have multiple vitamin and nutritional deficiencies... since from the history all she has is tea ,biscuits, rice and some curry.....no vegetables or fruits ....
If all investigations are normal, she might need counselling. To rule out anorexia nervosa , depression etc.
Hope this helps.
