Brief Answer:
Low appetite & difficulty swallowing liquids can be esophageal in origin

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Decrease in appetite, pain in stomach region and inability to swallow liquids can be due to some pathology or disorder in the esophagus or food pipe.
I suggest you to consult a gastroeneterologist for clinical assessment and upper gastrointestinal ensdoscopy if required.

Fever of 99.5 F needs to be investigated.
Low grade fever is not usually due to infection.
Inflammatory conditions are usually associated with low grade fever.

Thanks and take care
