Question: At C3/4 there is broadbased posterior disc protrusion and end plate ostephyte formation indenting the thecal sac.
At C4/5 there is the same as above and it is also abutting the ventral aspect of the cervical cord with some foraminal narrowing. There is neurocentric joint degeneration and osteophyte formation.
At C5/6 there is a prominent broadbased posterior disc osteophyte ridge causing indentation of the cervical cord. Bilateral neurocentric joint degeneration and osteophyte formation with moderate bilateral C6 foraminal narrowing with most severe narrowing on the right.
At C6/7 there is a broadband posterior disc osteophyte ridge abutting the ventral aspect of the cervical cord. Bilateral neurocentric joint degeneration and ostephyte formation with foraminal narrowing.

Thank you. my GP feels surgery is the only option. i am booked in to see my neurosurgeon on Monday. Do you think they might replace some discs? How much time do you think it might take before I could resume normal duties or work?
