1)Since when you are having incoordination in arms and legs?Is it on both sides or left side only?
2)Since when are you having loss of feeling in left arms and legs?
3)Do you want to correlate dying of your hairs with wobbling?Since when you are wobbling? Is it persistent or episodic?Do you tend to fall on one side while walking?
4)What muscle weakness you had 22 years back-In how many days that improved?
5)Any history of Diabetes,Thyroid disorder or any other medical disorder?

have been wobbling about since I got up and have taken a piridostigmine which seems to be calming it
there is no history of diabetes or thyroid in fact my symptoms are everyday when I get up but the piridostigmine seems to be helping after half hour and they return when tablet wears off .I feel if I dont take the tablet I cant manage to walk as the left side is wobbly
in 1992 the symptoms would happen every few months and never saw a doctor till 1994 who sent me to a neurologist and they said i had migraine though never had a headache. It was left for 5 years as wasnt happy with his answers and then symptoms got worse and saw new neurologist which put me on piridostigmine after trying anti depressants and they didnt work MY speech was affected last week and my neighbour timed it it took 45 minutes to return. this was when i tried putting the colour on inside of elbow there was no reaction then but 36 hours later my speech was affected. am worried i wont make the 6 weeks waiting
my left arm is shaking with the effort of lifting kettle had to use right hand
Is Myasthenia gravis your established diagnosis? Please upload documents.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.
Your symptoms respond to Pyridostigmine, means Myasthenia gravis is your diagnosis. However, some of your symptoms are atypical for it.
It would be nice if you could upload your case summary and medical documents. Please do the same,as scanned .jpg copies of the documents.
Waiting for your follow-up.
