Brief Answer:
Single test has not value

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

While single low ALT test has no clinical significance it suggest to get a thorough evaluations further by an expert Gastroenterologist/ Hepatologist.

Low ALT has no great literature about their morbidity or mortality in middle aged adults. However low ALT levels are seen in chronic hepatitis, malnutrition, urinary tract infection patients.

I suggest to follow up with your Gastroenterologist with entire report to infer any outcome.
