What Causes Low BP When On Lisinprol?
Question: i am taking hbp medication lisinprol medication 10-12.5 HTC and i am wondering if my HBP is low, do i still take my medication? i just measured it and it is 100/60 i always take it before i sleep.

For adults,normal blood pressure ranges between 90 to 120 mmhg (for systolic blood pressure)and 60 to 79 mmhg (for diastolic blood pressure) in resting condition as per XXXXXXX Heart Association criteria.It depends upon situation, activity and underlying disease.
131 to 140 mmHg systolic and 80 to 89 diastolic is considered high normal blood pressure and above from this is called as a hypertension.
Lisinoprel is a ACE inhibitor and considered as a one of the first choice drug to treat hypertension.
Your's 100/60 mmHg is completely normal blood pressure even if you are on antihypertensive medication.
As you are having hypertension and high cholesterol, can you tell me which medicines are you taking to reduce cholesterol?
You don't have to bother regarding low blood pressure.If your blood pressure goes below 90/60 mmHg then you can skip that particular dose at that time otherwise continue it regularly or you can consult to your treating physician for any dose titration or drug change.
