Brief Answer:
Please follow the suggestions below..

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows :
1.You are reporting to have low white blood cells and low platel level.
These findings are typical for liver cirrhosis.
2. With regards to Lorazepam(benzodiazephine drugs) use, I suggest to stop using it.
Lorazepam in cirrhosis increase the risk for encephalopathy .
3.If I were your treating doctor I would suggest to :
- use lactulose
-use vit E and sylimarine
- discuss with your doctor about platel transfusion
- start using antibiotic with wide specter to protes from infections since you have low white blood cells.
- perform abdominal ultrasound to check for abdominal ascites (liquid)
Hope it was helpful to you.
