Thanks for posting your query.

There are many causes for low WBC count from simple viral infection to some serious diseases.

Kindly upload the blood report as i need to know the differential counts that is the percentage of Neutrophils , Lymphocytes, Eosinophils and Basophils.

Also kindly get a test called Peripheral smear for blood picture and revert back .

I am going to do the second blood test on 3/10 and I am see a Hematologist on 2/11. Will revert back to you later.

I like drinking soup and juice all the day and so I do not have 8 cups of water everyday. Is this a bad habbit ?

When I take in 2/3 spoon of Vit. C powder I will have water bowel, that means I need to consume less amount ? This will remove tonix inside body. Please advise the quantity I should take each day and should be before or after meal ? Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Use Vitamin C twice a week.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Thanks for the follow up.

If you are taking soup and juices then it's fine not taking 8 cups of water.

Vitamins should not be taken unnecessarily. If you have deficiency or any signs of Vitamin C deficiency then you can take Vitamins else there is no use of it .

My advise to you is use Vitamin C powder once in 3 days and preferable before meals.

Hope this information was useful to you .
Any clarification feel free to ask.

Regards.

Hi Dr. Divakara,

Is powder vitiman more easily absored by the body than tablets, especially the huge one with a big husk? e.g. like Calcium tablets 500 mg is so huge already. Hard to swallow. I feel like to vomit.

My idea of taking Vitiman C is trying to remove some toxin from the body through the bowel. My diet does not include mutiply vitiman that I needed everyday, thats why my immune is bad.

I ate a lot but got stuffed very easy and never can gain a few lbs. I try to eat more during breakfast but cannot since, dinner is the time that I have most appetite.

I have heard that OPC Marketing XXXXXXX has some good stuff for vitiman supplement. Do u recommend this company ?

Regards XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Take high fibre diet.

Detailed Answer:
HI

'Thanks for the follow up .

There is no difference between Powder Vitamin C or tablets . But ok if you find hard to swallow you can take powder itself .

In my opinion instead of taking Vitamin C to detoxify your gut , it would be better if you consume high fibre diet like eating more fruits and vegetables .

Any brand that contain same quantity of vitamins are all same .

Any clarifications feel free to ask .
