Brief Answer:
not concerning on its own

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

your blood pressure is near normal although we expect treated patients to keep their blood pressure close to 130/80mmHg. Vicks Nyquil contains 3 drugs. None of them poses serious risk for anything but sleepiness (the antihistamine).

So without symptoms you just have to keep an eye on your blood pressure to avoid getting too low. If you do have symptoms though, you should seek medical help for immediate assessment. The symptoms should be anything like faintness, dizziness, cold sweats.

The disease itself may cause low blood pressure for various reasons (low water intake, increased water losses, sepsis due to severe infection, etc). The most common cause for the elderly is reduced water intake and increased water losses. Try to drink enough to relieve your thirst...

So in conclusion, although this level of blood pressure is not low enough to raise serious concerns, you should watch it closely to see how to goes. If it gets lower or if you get symptoms, you should visit a doctor for immediate assessment. In the meantime make sure you drink enough fluids (let your thirst guide you).

I hope you find my comments helpful!
