Detailed Answer:
I see.
This merits prompt evaluation. Please check your glucoses frequently. There are several causes of 'spontaneous hypoglycemia' in a seemingly well individual like you. If you truly have low blood glucoses below 3.6 then a thorough systematic assessment is required to look for potential causes such as:
1 Insulinoma : a rare , typically benign tumor that produces excessive insulin
2 NIPHS: Non Insulinoma Pancreatic Hypoglycemia Syndrome
This is similar to Insulinoma except that in this instance there is no tumor to be found
3 Reactive hypoglycemia: a condition that occurs typically after meals
4 Autoimmune hypoglycemia
Insulin or insulin receptor autoantibodies make one prone to low sugars
5 Mesenchymal tumors
Produce a chemical called IGF2 which acts like insulin and causes low sugars
6 Hormone deficiencies
like that of cortisol and thyroid, can also cause low glucoses
7 Organ failure
Such as liver and kidney failure
I do not want you to panic. Just seek consultation with an endocrinologist at the soonest
