Hello. Thank you for the reply. I vomit all day so it depends on how many times I try to eat. For example I threw up 20t times yesterday. That included any water I tried to drink. I usually vomit right after food to up to 5 minutes afterwards.I have tried lots of meds,Zofran, companzine, pepto. No I do not have any more loose stools. I have lost 7lbs this week. I also have Ruq pain most of the pain but no gallbladder.
Thank you
Thank you

Hello
I am sorry for the short delay in my reply, I was on call at my hospital.
Vomiting 20 times in a day almost always means that there is severe gastritis, most often due to food poisoning, you have tried all the possible anti emetic agents but still vomiting is persisting.
Here is what you should do
1. Keep youself nil by mouth
2. Take Tab esomeprazole with domperidone combination twice daily
3. After 2 hours of taking the tablet I recommend you to take Oral rehydration solution, it has to be taken sip by sip. 1 XXXXXXX has to be dissolved in 1 litre of water and drank sip by sip over 2 hours
4. If you have tolerated this then switch over to clear liquids or semi solids like porridge
5. Avoid milk, milk products, juices. Avoid alcohol and smoking
6. Sleep with head end elevated
If you vomit even after this then please approach your GP for clinical examination and blood tests
I hope I was of help, I am once again sorry for the delay
Regards
