Brief Answer:
Low Serum creatinine does not signify any kidney disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Creatinine is an end product of muscle metabolism which is filtered by kidney and excreted in urine. Kidney always maintain creatinine level at constant level in our day to day life It is elevated creatinine level that signifies impaired kidney function or kidney disease. Low creatinine alone does not generally indicate a serious medical condition

Low creatinine level can be because of following few factors
1) Low muscle mass
2) Low protein intake in diet especially in individuals who are strictly vegetarian

I would like to state that in a healthy person like you slight low creatinine level alone does not necessarily mean that there is an underlying health problem .It (0.71) may be your normal creatinine level and is not to be worried about..

You can repeat it at frequent intervals to get yourself satisfied .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
