What Causes Low Grade Fever, Chills And Fatigue When Diagnosed With Pneumonia?
Question: Just took my spouse to the ER, he is 6 weeks Post op partial wedge resection LUL, Lt Phrenectomy, Pericardial wimdow Thymus gland removal for cancer he has 1 bout of pneumonia 10 day pop, today he became almost delirious, having riggers, sevee chills, low grade fever, extreme fatigue, increased SOB, decreased lung sounds alll the way aroung, chest pain upn inspiration spasm like, wht count 16.6b w a left shift..ekg tropnin neg, lytes all ok and saon 98 percent.mon room air, wet reading CXR shows consoildation, atelectasis and plearal effusions.....he discharged him said idiopatic chest pain
