Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that low heart rate has no clinical significance if symptoms of bradycardia (like fatigue, lightheadedness, dizziness) are not present.

Besides, your blood pressure values are a little low.

If you are experiencing any of the above mentioned symptoms, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a careful physical exam and some tests:

- a resting ECG and a cardiac ultrasound to examine your cardiac function and structure
- some blood lab tests (complete blood count for anemia, thyroid hormone levels for thyroid dysfunction, blood electrolytes, kidney and liver function tests), to exclude possible metabolic causes underlying this symptomatology.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
