Brief Answer: Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables. Detailed Answer: Hello Ms XXXXX, Thanks for posting your question here. I understand your concern. Your hemoglobin level is significantly low, if you I was treating you, I would start you on Iron and vitamin B12 and folic acid supplements right away. That said, the reason for low hemoglobin needs to be found out. It can be the monthly menstrual bleeding, or it could be low iron intake, or vitamin deficiencies. There are many reasons for low hemoglobin, based on which the treatment will also differ. So please do consult your doctor and ask for further testing to look for the cause for anemia, until then you can start iron and vitamin supplements and also you should eat plenty of fresh fruits and plenty of fresh green leafy vegetables. If you eat meat, you can include chicken/mutton liver, this is a rich source of iron and vitamins. I hope this answers your query, please wrote back if you have any doubts. Regards

Brief Answer: Iron deficiency anemia, high T4 levels Detailed Answer: Dear Ms XXXXX, I have gone through your reports, your reports clearly indicate iron deficiency anemia. That means you must be losing blood during your monthly periods more than normal, you will need to start iron supplements, please start taking iron and folic acid and vitamin B12 tablets, one in the morning and one on the evening, after food, you need to take these at least for 6 months. Please also consult an endocrinologist or internal medicine specialist for your thyroid levels, your T4 levels are slightly higher than normal, this could mean that you are hyperthyroid which needs further evaluation. I hope that answers your question, I apologize for the delay in answering your query due to weekend, you are welcome to ask me further queries you might have. Wishing you all the very best and fast recovery. Kind regards.
