Brief Answer:
lung problem needs to be sorted out

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Low oxygen levels can be caused by many lung problems, not just smoking. You need to see a pulmonologist to sort this out. You will probably need a CT or MRI of the lungs.
For example, some people get diseases like COPD (usually caused by smoking) even if they do not smoke. Other people get pulmonary fibrosis or other problems that may be associated with occupational or environmental exposures.
Your low hemoglobin is probably from the nose bleeds so seeing an ENT doctor to help get the nose bleeds stopped is also a good idea.
