Hi,

2 drops if equals to one ml is good enough for pregnancy. I don't see any reason for concerns.

More than volume you need to check for semen analysis to know if count is less.

Meanwhile get scrotal Doppler ultrasound scan done to identify if there is any problem like varicocele in the scrotum.

Semen analysis is very important investigation at this stage as you have not conceived for six years. It's a simple test. Please get it done with present volume and let me know report.
