Brief Answer:
I'm waiting for more data from you...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking.

You are reporting to have high white blood cells and high liver enzymes.
These finding may be related with an acute infection like hepatitis.

Otherwise to give an accurate opinion I need to know the exact level of liver enzymes, white blood cell account and sodium blood level.

With regards to low sodium level it may be related to:
- diarrhea or vomiting
- chronic liver disease
- acute hepatitis

I would like to know more about your medical data like:
- what are your recent symptoms/ why you have done blood work?
- do you have any chronic disease?
- do you have fever ?
- have you done any other exam like abdominal ultrasound, urine analysis?

I'm waiting for more data from you.
Wish you health!
