What Causes Low Sperm Count?

Question: hi doctor,
this one is related to my sex life.
I have realised in the past days that due to daily sex my sperm count is very less. can you suggest the measures to increase the spirm count. is it necessary to have a good sperm count to get pregnant. shoud there be a gap in sex days to get good sperm count. please advice on all.

First of I want to reassure you that daily sex does not decrease sperm count at all. So, need not have to worry about that.

Before initiating any measures to increase your sperm count, you need to know what is your sperm count. This can be known by a test called semen analysis.

And yes it is necessary to have normal sperm count to get pregnant.

No such gap is specifically required but if you are exclusively trying to get your partner pregnant, then 2 days gap would be good enough.
