Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have reviewed your query
I have seen the reports also
First, you need not worry about low uric acid.
Thats ok and causes no harm
As for cholesterol, LDL and lipoprotein levels,
It means that the cholesterol levels are high.
I think the medications may need to be stepped up mildly.
Diet and exercise regime are fine.
So I think only medicine needs to be stepped up temporarily.
As for your TSH and weight gain.
You have hypothyroidism, and till that is corrected, weight may be high.
You need to take thyroid medications.
Sugars seem fine- HbA1c are almost normal.
Tennis elbow needs rest.
You really need to take rest and ultrasonic physiotherapy care.
Best of luck
Dr Mittal
Thank you for the feedback .Had just a couple of queries .Alkaline phospatase reading seems low and Bilirubin (direct) seems a bit high .Does this mean anything ?Also for my thyroid problem do I have to consult my regular diabetician or any other doctor.Just above my rib cage below the neck I do have a feeling of something pulling .Is it ok or should I get heart check up done ?
Thank you

Hi
The low level of ALP is not something to worry about.
The bilirubin levels are ok and I think they are a response to your medications.
The thyroid disorder needs medicines. You can start with a medicine like thyronorm 25 once daily on empty stomach. Repeat the test after 3 months.
Alternatively, you can get to see an endocrinology specialist.
As for throat complaints, I am not sure what the problem is with the information available. You will have to tell me more about the symptoms.
Meeting a cardiologist will be a acceptable solution.
Best of luck.
Dr Mittal.
