Brief Answer: Please find detailed answer below Detailed Answer: Hi XXXX Thanks for writing in to us. Though a PSA of 14 is alarming, if your biopsy was negative for prostate cancer then there is little to worry. The visual problems after intercourse might be remotely associated with decline in PDE 5 enzyme levels after sexual intercourse. PDE 5 (Phisphodiesterase 5) is an enzyme which is inhibited by certain medications like Viagra which are taken to enhance penile erection. It is important that you discuss this with an ophthalmologist and get your eyes clinically examined. Please do not ignore your problem. Hope your query is answered. Do write back if you have any doubts. Regards, Dr.Vivek
