Brief Answer:
Need her complete blood count report.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your baby has low wbc count and low hemoglobin. It has no relation with your anemia so don't worry about that.
There are many causes of low wbc count with low hemoglobin. Common causes are viral infection, vitamin B12 deficiency, iron deficiency etc. Other causes are due low production of wbc and rbc from bone marrow suppression.
Please send me her complete blood count report so that I can help you to find the cause and treatment.
No need to worry. Just be relaxed.
Send me her reports.
I will wait for her reports.
