Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting query.
From your signs and symptoms it seems that you might be having urinary tract infection giving rise to low fever, chills, burning urination and gastric upset.
As you are 50 years some prostate problem does occur and that too cause these problem.
I will advice following investigations to get correct diagnosis of your problem.
1, Routine urine check up for presence of organisms, blood, albumin.
2, Complete blood check up.
3, Ultra sound of abdomen for prostate and kidneys.
Consult Urologist who will know about these tests. Alternatively your local physician can also help you. Treatment will be based on the tests results.
In the mean time, take paracetamol (tylenol) tablets for fever and chills.
Cranberries / juice or cranberry pills will also help you.
Avoid taking fried, chillies and junk food.
I hope I answered your query.
If you have further query or clarification, please write back.
I wish you speedy recovery.
