For first child I have not encountered such prob. My son is now 6yrs old.
Is this pain due to gap in the pregnancy or any other problem.
I am actually obase.
This abdominal pain results anything that prevents pregnancy.

No dear, it is very common to have this pain in mid cycle but usually patients don't notice it if not trying for baby.
Moreover in obese patients the hormones are in excess of and thus can increase the normal subtle pain abdomen but has no negative impact on chances of pregnancy usually.
So just try to have regular intercourse on alternate days in mid cycle to have a successful pregnancy soon.

The first sign is usually nausea and disinterest in having food or just missing periods and nothing else.

Hi mam today is my 17th day after periods since yesterday evening I am suffering from pain in lower abdominal left side.
Today since early hrs after breakfast I am feeling vomiting sensation and still paining in lower abdominal left side I can bear the pain infact.

No chemical pregnancy cannot cause these symptoms as due to low levels of hormones there is no symptom in a patient with chemical pregnancy.
These pain like symptoms ate just an ovulation pain and will be fine soon whether you fall pregnant or you don't.
So relax and just wait for these symptoms to subside, you can take tablet drotavarine in case pain gets severe.

Keep your water intake high and take cranberry juice if possible, this dysuria will go by itself but in case it persists get a urine culture test done.
In pregnancy there is increased frequency of micturition but painful passage of urine is not there so this can't be related to pregnancy.

Hello doctor I got my last periods on 13th April usually I all get periods 25th to 28th days. This is time still I didn't get actually I was feeling vomiting sensation since last week so I thought I may be conceived. But yesturday night I saw black spot while passing urine Nd today morning also. Still no bleeding .

In case its been less than 6 months then you should wait and try naturally.
But in case it has been more than 6 months since you are actively trying but not able to get pregnant then get yourself investigated in an organized and meticulous manner.
At first get the following simple blood tests viz Fasting sugar levels, TSH, serum prolactin and then visit a good gynecologist with all that reports.
In my opinion you should have ovulation induction with follicular monitoring via ultrasound and thus have timed intercourse at the time of follicular rupture (seen on ultrasound) and thus have very very good chances of conception.
Try this for at least 3 cycles and then opt for HSG.
In my opinion you will conceive with simple measures like this and won't need higher assistance as you already have a baby conceived spontaneously.
These black clots can be because of delayed periods (most likely) or less commonly due some pathology like endometriosis or PCOD but in case due to latter pathologies it will be clear on ultrasound.
