Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Lower abdominal pain, bladder spasm, back pain and nausea are all related to bowel and appears to be a bowel related discomfort. It could be due to constipation if any. Age related bowel functions decline are commonest cause. I would suggest take some soft fibrous diet, some pepto and drink plenty of fluids. Avoid spices, dairy products, fatty foods, processed & canned products, cheese, soda, beverages, alcohol etc and see if it helps.
Keep taking ibuprofen as well. Use yogurt and peppermint as natural probiotic and antispasmodic with every meal.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
