What Causes Lower Back Pain And Cramps During Periods?
I usually have regular periods.
my date is due on 29th october 2014, on 28th october i had severe cramps and backpain but no bleeding. (usually never happens for me) on 29th i got my period not even like regular period. on 4th of november my doctor checked and he did ultra sound, blood test & urine test as well. he told me that i don't have any problems, every thing is fine with me.
The thing is i am not getting my ovulation this month and some times often feeling back pain and very mild cramps. At the same i don't have any pregnancy symptoms.
I would like to know does miscarriage happen with me or any hormonal changes.
If miscarriage happen do i need to take any precautions.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.
I understand your query and I I'll attempt to give the necessary information for you.
First -back pain and cramps are normal in menstruating women, while your doctor have excluded any organic issue with ultrasound examination.
Don't worry, you haven't hormonal changes or imbalances while you menstrual are regular.
Second -ovulation, there are many methods that you can determine when ovulation occurs, from the body temperature chart, vaginal secretion, ovulation kits.
In women with regular periods, ovulation happens about two weeks before the next expected period.
So if your average menstrual cycle is 28 days, you ovulate around day 14.
If you have a 28 day cycle, with ovulation typically happening on day 14, the ‘fertile window’ starts on day 12.
If you have longer cycles, say 35 days between periods and ovulation happens on day 21, the ‘fertile window’ starts on day 19.
If you have very short cycles, say 21 days and ovulation happens on day 7, your ‘fertile window’ would start on day 5.
If you haven't track ovulation this month you have an anovulatory cycle this month.
Third, miscarriage, is a form of abortion that terminate on it's own, within the first 20 weeks of gestation, more common are from chromosomal abnormality – meaning that something is not correct with the baby’s chromosomes.
There aren't any precaution that need to be taken in your case.
As my opinion you haven't had miscarriage .
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend only ;
-be calm(you are so young and have many possibilities to conceive),you should contact with a doctor only after having attempted to conceive for one year.
-take folic acid 400 mikro gr per day
