Brief Answer:
Kidney infection and urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Thank you for the query.

You have typical symptoms of urinary tract infection which has reached the kidney. Back pain indicates affected kidney. Please note that kidney infection can be life threatening.
That is why I suggest you to consult your doctor as soon as possible. Urine analysis should be done and antibiotic prescribed. You should also increase mineral water intake and start cranberries supplementation.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
