What Causes Lower Back Pain, Constipation And Lump In The Back?
Question: I have been having lower back pain and front right pain. It is constant dull pain, and in the back I feel a spot like a knot or lump that is about 2 inches by 1/2 inch. When I drink alcohol I the pain gets very worse, then goes back to dull. I am also having issues being constipated but not fever. Very frustrating it will not go away.

This can be because of Acute Pancreatitis or Stone.
I would like to know following:
1. Since when are you having the pain?
2. Which part of abdomen ? Upper right or lower right?
3. Is the pain radiating to back? Any radiation of pain to testes?
4. Any vomitings?
5. Any burning in urine?
6. Any fever?

It hurts on the lower right hip area front and back. The pain is so bad if can lay on my right side. No fever or issues passing urine. No vomiting but still constipated even after taking laxatives. Advil doesn't relieve the pain either. I have had off and on pain in my testicals prior to this in my back and stomach a few days prior. Special right testical.

This can be Ureteric colic. Also you are saying it is very severe.
I would advise you to get following investigations immediately:
1. Ultrasound Abdomen.
2. Kidney Function Test.
This should rule out the cause of pain.
Till then for pain you can take Drotaverine available with name Drotin DS. Also take a drug like Pantoprazole with it as most of the times pain killers cause acidity.
Revert back with Ultrasound report.
