Question: I have been having lower back pain, dizziness and feeling unbalance sometimes and urinaring a lot according what I have been reading I have a kidney failure

you may suffer from kidney infection, not necessarily kidney failure. In your case i would usually check the urine and blood for signs of Inflammation, also creatinine level in the blood is highly advisable to be detected.

the problem is that I have been having this systoms on and off for years I am a affraid that my kidneys might be seriously damage in 2004 I was feeling dizzy on and off I taught that was becuase I was tired because I work two jobs since 2010 I never taught that could be my kidneys
