Brief Answer:
Might be GERD, capsule omeprazole

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query .
Based on the information it might be due to GERD.
I would suggest you to take capsule omeprazole 20 mg twice daily half an hour before food for 7 days.

Apart from the medication --
Avoid spicy and oily food for few days till the symptoms are resolved. Avoid or reduce the intake of meat, dairy products, and add more fiber to your diet. Eat lots of salads, vegetables, fresh fruits. Avoid fried and oily food.

Avoid excess consumption of tea/ coffee/ hydrogenated drinks. Avoid smoking and alcohol, if any.

Eat frequent small meals instead of heavy ones and do not starve. Take plenty of water.
Do not lie down immediately after food, walk for 10 to 15 minutes.

Regular exercise is very much essential. Brisk walk every day for 30 minutes in the morning and then slowly increase the duration if time permits. Follow this measures your symptoms should reduce.

Hope this helps, I'll be glad to address your further queries.
Take care.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
Sorry for delayed response.
Fatty changes can occur in non alcoholic as well. Order causes include obesity, type 2 DM, high cholesterol or high triglycerides. And many cases it may be idiopathic, without any cause. I don't think it requires any medical treatment , Eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly will be sufficient.
Hope this helps
Take care
